Prior to joining the team, Martha had worked for 15 years in the insurance industry.

Born and raised in California, Martha now lives in Owatonna, MN with two of her children and two dogs. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. You can frequently find her at one of her son's sporting events.
